A company anniversary is something special. It's the evening when a company looks back on what has been achieved, celebrates employees, customers, and clients, and at the same time looks ahead. A company anniversary usually has several phases, which I accompany with customised music. At the beginning - at the reception, the get-together or the meal - I create the right atmosphere with relaxed songs and cool cover versions. The music plays as a pleasant background sound that supports conversations and a good atmosphere without pushing to the fore.
As the evening transitions into the party part, I slowly but surely ramp up the intensity of the music – until no one can stay in their seats and the dancefloor is on fire. Significantly greater coordination effort between organisation team and DJ: company anniversary has different requirements than classic Corporate events.
Board members and managers give speeches and employees who have been loyal to the company for a particularly long time are often honoured. In these moments, I work seamlessly with the presenter in terms of music: Music that underscores the way onto the stage, a song that accompanies an honour, a special track when saying goodbye to a long-serving employee.
This requires good communication in advance and a keen sense for the transitions between the individual programme items. We therefore discuss the entire choreography of the evening in detail beforehand - so that everything runs smoothly on the evening itself.
