How is a DJ's price calculated?
The exact price of a DJ depends on playing time, equipment, and any additional packages you might want. I focus on clear, net prices with no hidden costs – calculated for the best experience and complete peace of mind with your planning.

Good to know: The packages serve as a basis that we can customise according to your wishes and needs. And: The above prices refer to a personal booking from me. Would you like one of my experienced Book Team DJs, the package prices are approx. 5-7 % below the stated values.
The following factors can influence the price of my DJ packages
- Playtime (e.g. extra hours beyond the normal playing time)
- Technology (bring your own equipment or use existing equipment on site)
- Number of guests & room size The more people, the more speakers/light will be needed.
- Additional services (e.g. photo box, special sound technology, live musicians, ambient lighting, etc.)
- Arrival & departure route (additional kilometres beyond a 30 km radius)
What's behind a very favourable DJ offer?
An experienced portfolio of services from a DJ in the B2B sector minimises your risks. If offers are massively below the market average, savings are often made in areas that could jeopardise your event:
- Lack of protection: Professionals always back up their music playback twice - with a back-up system for absolute reliability.
- Inferior technology: Cheap speakers quickly tire your guests' ears. High-end audio ensures clear sound that still allows everyone to talk.
- Lack of business experience: A club or hobby DJ often doesn't understand the fine nuance between networking background sounds and party escalation. A professional DJ reads the room, responds with the appropriate songs and adapts to your corporate identity.

My tip: Music often only accounts for around 2 - 5 % of the total event budget, but is responsible for 80 % of the atmosphere. Saving money here is the biggest risk to the success of your event.
